RED AND BLUE LIGHTS ARE OFF ON THE MACHINE
Make certain the unit is plugged in and there is power to the outlet and the outlet is in the “on” position.
The child lock is on.  Depress the lock/unlock button in the center of the strength regulator for three seconds to turn the machine back on Check circuit breaker

NO COLD WATER AND NO HOT WATER
Perform steps above.

NO COLD WATER
Cold water Thermostat needs adjustment by turning clockwise for colder and counter.
Clockwise for for warmer.  Turn only ¼ turn per 24 hours and verify correction before further adjustments.

NO HOT WATER
Hot tank switch is in the off position.Turn switch to the on position.
Hot water supply is exhausted.  Wait 3-7 minutes for hot tank to heat water.
There is no water in the hot tank.   Turn off the hot water switch at the back of the Machine. 
Depress the hot water button until a steady stream of water flows from the Nozzle and turn the hot water switch back on.

WATER LEAK
Defective Bottle is usually the cause.  Replace the bottle and if leak continues, unplug the unit, remove the bottle or turn off the water supply and call you dealer.

PRODUCT PACKAGE IS IN PLACE BUT ONLY WATER IS COMING OUT OF MACHINE
Did you remove the silver seal from the tip of the package?
Some of our Esio Bevrage Paks are still utilizing our OLD packaging method and are delivered already ACTIVATED. They may need to be re-primed in order to make them work. To re-prime these Paks simple follow the instructions illustrated in the picture below




The balance of our Esio Beverage Paks are already utilizing our NEW packaging method and are delivered NON-ACTIVATED. You simply have to follow the instruction illustrate in the picture below. THE GOOD NEW IS THAT ALL ESIO BEVERAGE PAKS WILL HAVE OUR NEW PACKAGING AVAILABLE BY APRIL 2010.
